Dear *** ***,It appears that there was some confusion on the resolution of his incident with our insurance company and I have spoken with *** ***’s on April 21, to clarify that his dispute has already been resolved The safety of our residents is important to us and therefore signage
is posted on our gates regarding measures to help avoid possible malfunctions We also do regular maintenance checks on our entry and exit gates to help avoid\reduce malfunctions However even with these measures, there is always a possibility of malfunction and therefore we asked our insurance company to review *** ***’s incident for a resolution.Warmest Regards,
