Hi,If you check our reviews there are very little complaints, rather contraryWe cannot be blamed for the carrier loosing our cargo but we take full responsibilityOnce the carrier confirmed loosing our cargo the replacement product has been sent free of chargeThe buyer requested the kitchen range hood made of hammered copper interior to be made ready for their own equipment specified by the buyer on the order formThe buyer did not mention on the order form that the insert was equipped with additional hardware such as a linerWe customized the hood for the insert specified without any additional accessories attached to itAfter receiving the hood the buyer complaint that the insert was bigger than the opening in the hoodIn fact, the insert was the correct size but the linear attached to it made it biggerI informed the buyer that the hood was customized for the insert and not for insert with the linear and instructed to remove the liner and the install the insert as it supposed to be.It is the only complaint the buyer indicated to us, there was no mentioning of any low quality materialConcerning the quality I completely reject the notionOur range hoods are of the top quality and hundreds of reviews on our site are testimony for it Since the buyer refused to return the product for the refund the complaint has no grounds but it is as in some cases unfortunately a way to extort discount after making the purchaseRegards, [redacted]

The buyer did not mention on the order form that the insert was equipped with additional hardware such as a liner. We customized the hood for the insert specified without any additional accessories attached to it. After receiving the hood the buyer complaint that the insert was bigger than the opening in the hood. In fact, the insert was the correct size but the linear attached to it made it bigger. Dear Ms [redacted],After repeated attempts to get a refund from Rustica House, I filed a Paypal dispute and a dispute with Visa, as well as contacting you about this company. I am not committing fraud of any kind. I have received my refund, however it was only because  I opened a dispute and escalated it to a claim.with Paypal.Sincerely,[redacted]
