The service was awful, and the restaurant is discriminatory against Asians in seating priority. While I am white, I went there with my wife and mother-in-law who are both from mainland China.

We went there for lunch today and had an awful experience. We attempted to set up a reservation over the phone, but kept being put on hold for over 10 minutes with no one getting back to us. We went there anyway, failing to get a reservation, and were told that we would have to wait 30 - 40 minutes. After waiting patiently for 40 minutes, I pointed out the fact we had waited 40 minutes. They claimed they would seat us immediately. After 20 minutes, however, we had not been seated, forcing us to stand awkwardly to be seated at the entrance. After an hour of waiting, a table for three cleared, but they willingly gave a table to three middle-aged white people who had arrived 30 minutes after us and did not come with a reservation either. We then noticed that the people waiting the longest were all people of color, and all the people seated quickly were white. At this point we were getting frustrated, and they said they can seat us immediately, but that never happened. After realizing we were being discriminated against and ignored, we then protested by causing a scene, because they weren't paying attention to us when we played nice. Only then did they take notice. After another 20 minutes of arguing with the managers, we decided to leave - we had lost our appetite in the face of such bigotry. I believe that this restaurant gives preference to white people, while relegating Asian customers in importance. That's not to say Asians won't be served, but they will be given less importance when it comes to service for white people.
