I pulled the invoice and we have for the tow we will refund him we have several new drivers here at Rusty's that came from different tow companies and when I talked to the driver he said at his old job they charged for cleanup and *** said no that is not how we do things
here it has to be 15-minutes of clean up and then it will only be for cleanupI am not sure if Mr*** tried to call us and resolve the issue but we are a fair company and very respected
For the other part of the respond from Mr ***, about wanted to be charged a loaded mile well it was miles so miles x is + = + tax = would be for total invoice so Rusty will refund Mr *** back if that is ok with him and as I am relooking at the invoice it was added incorrectly in the first place and again sorry for that
