Thank you for the updateI looked through the 10/charges for your order and did not show a transaction for a Mastercard (or any credit card) ending 9425, nor do I show any charge slips for $Would you please provide proof of the alleged charge? I did find an incident report from 10/that states that you called upset because you said that you placed an order more than an hour ago and that it was never received I show that the action taken by supervisor on this complaint was that he apologized and sent out another order at no chargeI show this order was subsequently returned by the driver who stated that the customer was not home when the delivery was attemptedI am not sure what happened there and it looks like you are correct on that it looks like you did not receive a pizza on 10/As token of goodwill I am sending you check #in the amount of $I am very sorry that you had an unfavorable experience with Rusty’sWe strive to deliver the best pizza and the best service possible and every once in a while don’t quite succeed in that questWe value you as a customer and do hope that you will give Rusty’s Pizza another try and the opportunity for your future businessThere is was no charge to your credit card from Rusty’sThank you, S [redacted] Office Manager Rusty’s Pizza

Would you please provide proof of the alleged charge?
