I signed up with an Internet provider for my house which I will move in On July 7/
They offered me a package and I paid in advance for the equipment and installation and first Month
On May 3, they send me the modem and rooterOn May 31, they called and stated that they do not provide service in the area of my new house ***
They said they would sent me a label and to return the package and then they would refund me my moneyI mailed the package June 1st On June 15/still no money back call company they said they have not received packagecall *** they said could track package turn out the label they sent me shows the company is *** and they are both the sender and receiver
After a week of dealing with ***, *** supervisor stand that package was sender back to sender*** told me to keep my receipt as proof that I sent the package and call the Company
