I received a call from John Roslin who stated he did not have employees showing up because of Covid-19 and had no other option but to close the business. He said I hadn't paid since last year. I said it was set up for automatic payment. He sent me a bill for 1 month. I requested he tell me where my belongings were being moved to before I pay the bill. I have not heard back. I have been paying $103/month for 5 years. The message line is full.

Would not recommend. I paid for a move on 3/10/20 as movers were supposed to come the next morning. We had used them in July of 2019 without issues so did not anticipate any problems. The company no showed three times - each time I had to contact the company inquiring why they did not show. Each time the company stated they didn’t have enough employees show to do the work. Seems as if they should have been calling me to notify me of this - not the other way around. The final time they did not show on a Saturday I attempted to call their office and couldn’t reach anyone until the following Monday. I have since been attempting to contact the business by phone twice daily (their business voicemail has been full since April so unable to leave them a message) and have sent emails inquiring about our payment and lack of service receiving no response. It is now 5/28/20. I have reached my credit card company who refunded our money who will pursue a claim. In addition it should be noted that I was able to contact a former employee who helped us move in July of 2019. This employee informed me that he showed up to work in March and the business had changed the locks on the doors. The employees have attempted to contact the owners Bridgett and John Roslin who has not been in contact with their employees at all. Employees are owed wages for their last week worked and many employees and customers have items in storage at the facility they cannot access. Would not recommend doing business with this company and wish all the best to the employees left in the dark.

Lack of communication from this business. My house belongings are in their storage facility. On Tuesday, 3/24/2020 I called Ruth Movers and asked if my scheduled delivery of my belongings would occur as scheduled on Saturday 3/28/2020. Employee confirmed. I asked if they would still be moving during any state shelter in place, employee stated they were considered essential business. On Friday, 3/27/2020 receive a confirmation call that my belongings will be delivered on 3/28/2020. On this date, no one shows up. I have left dozens of voice mail messages, emails, and direct messages via social media. No one from this company has contacted me. It is now 4/9/2020.

Put a deposit down to have my furniture moved on Friday 3/27. Movers called that day to say they're running behind and would update me in a few hours. 5 hours later after no phone call, I called and they requested to reschedule to their AM appointment on Saturday 3/28. I was ok with this and accepted. Saturday rolls around and they never showed and never answered any of the 3 phone numbers called. I've attempted to get ahold of them 5x with no response since Saturday. I was supposed to be out of my old home by Sunday evening and have yet to hear from anyone.
