I hired Ruth's House Cleaning to execute a 'move-out' clean I had in Mission Valley, and they failed miserably. They showed up nearly three hours late, and then did a very basic cleaning. My tenant in turn had to re-clean the home, which cost me another $150 as the landlord.
As a professional the RE industry, I expect hard work, honesty, and integrity. Ruth's House Cleaning Services offered none of this. They actually ended up costing me time and money, and caused disappointment of a client/tenant.
