We are sorry about the inconveniences you are having with your windowsI know that we put new Tyvek vapor barrier around the windows and metal flashingFrom the outside when we’ve come out to service, we really haven’t seen anything that could leak because of the way we did the job but we’ve
still brought clear caulking to seal anything that we could locate that would be a problemWhen we discuss this in a company meeting we feel that we need to open the windows and make sure that the weep holes for drainage aren’t clogged up with mold or fungusWe might need to come out and clean the window sills for you and inspect them but the last two times no one has been home to allow us in the home so we can inspect this *** *** windows were replacement windows that a different contractor, not Square Deal Siding, installed in her existing brickWhen they are installed in brick, there is no way to install them with flashing, they just caulk around the outer edgeI remember having the crew install wide aluminum flashing on top of the vapor barrier on the sides and bottom and under the vapor barrier on the top of the windows. We sealed all of that metal to your window with silicone caulking prior to installing the siding We feel as a company that the only thing that can be leaking are your weep holes which would cause your window sill to overflow We will call *** *** to set up a date that she can be available so we can take care of this

We are so sorry that you are having these issues regarding your gutters. As I am typing this Jeffrey is ordering the ftof gutter and the one downspout to resolve your problem. We can schedule this for Monday June 20th. Please let us know if this date will work for

will get this resolved for him
