I found "Ruthless Kustoms" on Facebook while I was looking for a local motorcycle audio companyI initially drove there to meet with the owner, Mike DolesI was struck with his knowledge and understanding of the unique challenges inherent in motorcycle sound...AND Mike impressed me by actually down-selling me from what I was initially seekingI decided to go ahead and work with Ruthless Kustoms, and I couldn't be happier! He and his guys, Derrick and James were professional, courteous, and an over-all pleasure to work with! They installed an major upgrade to the sound system in my Harley Road Glide Ultra, and the improvement is both dramatic AND sublime! Their commitment to customer service AND customer satisfaction have made me very happy! I heartily recommend Ruthless Kustoms!

Great care and customer service providedI brought my motorcycle in for what seemed to be a simple headlight replacement and it turned out to be an additional wiring issue (nightmare) and improper installation of the old lightThe Ruthless Kustoms team worked through the problem and came up with a repair solution, while I waited, and didn't charge me for all of the additional time! You can't as for better customer and quality of service than thatI highly recommend Ruthless Kustoms for the services they provide

The customer was not charged the quoted price of and the shop actually absorbed most of the price differenceThe customer was made aware that the paint price increase from to once it was known that the paint she wanted was a more complex type of paint then originally thoughtThe
price was relayed when she dropped the bike off and brought the parts backShe was also made aware that since the original schedule was cancelled we had to get back on the painters schedule to which she agreedThis is what caused the delay in paintThe shop agreed to only increase the price to move the project along and absorbed the restThe other items that did not fit were removed from the invoice and work orderThe customer did not pay for anything she did not receiveMike the owner has not been in the shop for any day-to-day since May dealing with personal matters ranging from death of an immediate family member, two automobile accidents, to caring for a disabled mother leaving the day-to-day management to the two staff members at the shop

I have not actively participated at the shop since May dealing with personal issues. I was not aware of any of these latest attempts to communicate. I had no clue you’d been to the shop and told what you were. In short I’ve been busting tail to close out this invoice but issues with vender have...

hindered that. An order cancellation will be submitted today. As soon as we have recovered funds from the vender a refund for monies paid will be issued.
