Ruthless Recovery

Review: This Recovey company is very dishonest. I can not go into detail. I have reported them to other authorities. They also have no skilled training in towing and loading cars or trucks. They left my truck in gear and drug it onto the tow truck. Instead of just getting in and putting it out of gear the doors were not lock as they were advised. I would not ever use this company. They have no customer skills at all.Desired Settlement: Need refund all towing charges and fees. Plus lost parts off the truck. Do not want a refund check. Money order or Cash. Can not trust. So don't feel like there check would be any good.

This is in response to letter dated 08/15/2014. First, as I told you in our phone conversation, I do not know who [redacted] is. My company did do a REPOSSESSION of a vehicle owned by [redacted]. We went to Mr [redacted]'s place of employment because we were unable to locate the vehicle at the home address we had for him. When we first arrived at his work,he was not there. We started to load the truck on our flatbed wrecker. Mr [redacted] arrived about 5 minutes after we began. We informed him that we had a repossession order for his truck from his lien holder. [redacted], the person in charge of the repossession, showed him the repossession order and asked him if he wanted to give us keys so that we could put the truck in neutral. He said NO. He then walked away. We finished loading the truck and left. The truck was taken to our lot overnight and then delivered to [redacted] Auto Auction the next morning.

The reason I reject this statement is I have spoke with a Mr. [redacted] on the phone. He does know I am the wife of Mr [redacted]. He would not

answer the phone when my husband called. So I called another number to reach him a gentleman gave me his other number to call. but before I called it. He

contacted me. I had spoke to him and he told me information about how it was towed. The place of my Husband business whrer it was picked up. Also Mr [redacted] has witness of the truck being drug even though they were told by Mr [redacted] the doors were unlock for them to knock out of gear. Also they came

to place of work which has camera recording the whole thing. Also Mr [redacted] took Pictures of drag marks that were left. Mr. [redacted] and Wife [redacted] are responable for damages and what was taken from truck.

Also others who were helping with towing this truck. I feel like thy should have the integrity to admit there mistake and make it right.
