This company seems to be a fraud. I placed an order almost a month ago. The telephone was out-of-order for a week then no one EVER answers, however, payment was taken from my credit card immediately. I am to the point of contacting the IRS or FBI on them. I was a loyal customer for years although their customer service was always awful they at least answered the phones. Now they have apparently disappeared with the customers hard earned money. BUYER BEWARE! They are now advertising for BLACK FRIDAY SALES. The only thing that will happen is that your money will disappear down a black hole.

wow, it seems like theres alot of complaints on them, I even went to their DUMBO Location and apparently the shop closed up, I tried to speak to some lady wh dreds that was next door, but she politely brushed me off. I ordered two units over 900 and I want my MONEY back, this is unacceptable, you said their phones went down, I ordered around the time their website went down, this company is a Sy and I will not stop until their as is exposed! I plann on going back there and ask around somebody knows something

Ruth's Beauty shop has not fulfilled my order. order was placed october 5, 2016 and my silk top wig was a in-stocked wig which mean it should have gone out that Day or the Next. It's October 16th and not only my wig order have not been shipped or fulfilled my CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED. I can not for the love of me been successful in getting a person on the phone (only a recording) but know one has yet to respond to any of the emails sent.

Review: On ** JUN 2014, I purchased a wig (I was told currently in stock). Weeks went by and I never received a status on the shipment. After a couple of emails to Ruth's Beauty Help Desk. I was told that the particular item I ordered was not in stock. Since [redacted]'s failed in their promised of shipment, I decided to request a cancellation. I was informed that my order was cancelled via email on the [redacted] of July. A week later I called Ruth's customer service line and was told that my refund was processed and I should see a refund/credit sometime that week. I sent another email yesterday (Aug [redacted]) inquiring on the status of my refund. Today, I received reply via email that my refund was just processed and I should expect a refund this coming week...I was told the same thing,,,three weeks ago.Desired Settlement: (1) Receive my refund of $485 from Ruth's Beauty Shop; credited back to my credit card.

(2) RBS needs to improve in communicating with their customers...informing them on delays, backorders, shipments, etc...the customer should not have to constantly send emails to inquire such things.

This was my first time making a purchase with RBS and will most likely be my last. RBS has only proven to be very deceptive when making promises to their customers.

(3) The duration of the entire process...purchase/being informed of delays/ cancellation/ and promise of refund was too long and totally unacceptable.

I order a wig on December *, 2016 and would like to cancel my order - Order Number [redacted] and they Ruth Beauty has not responded to any phone, voice or email messages. I want a full refund of my product in the amount of $268.92. I have called on several occasions and the messages go straight to voice mail - [redacted]

Based on the website I was suppose to received my shipment in 2 days.

However, I do not desire the product and would like a full refund credit back to my Wells Fargo Checking account

Review: The wig was 2 weeks late. Then it was 12 inches not 20. The receipt said the order was 315. I paid 381. The request I made to cut lace off was not done. I just want my money back because I was over charged and the product was not what I ordered. I have receipts to prove being over charged.Desired Settlement: I want my money back.

We are sorry that the customer is unhappy with the item that she purchased.

She expressed interest in a longer unit but wanted to find something that fit

into a certain price range and were happy to accommodate this request. We

sent her the wig and we understood that she was happy with that but in any

event if she was unhappy with that we would've been happy to do a free

exchange at no charge. However we are unable to give a full refund when a

customer has worn and had use of a wig for several months, particularly when

she still has the wig and is requesting a full refund.

We hope that this policy is understandable as it would be impossible for any company

to simply refund items that customers have opted to keep particularly when

they are personal items such as wigs.

As always our primary concern is customer satisfaction. And again we would've

been happy to exchange the wig for something the customer preferred. But we

are unable to offer a full refund when a customer has chosen to keep an item.

Review: I placed an online order on August [redacted] 2013( i.e wig). The website states that as long as your item is in stock & not a special order. That your item would ship same day if your order is placed before 3pm. I met both those require their requirements. They did however collect the funds from my card. (I checked my account). However, when my order was received, it was not what I ordered nor eas an invoice inside my package confirming my order. I contacted Ruths Beauty Shop & spoke to a representative ([redacted]) who informed me that that the company has high quality control and there is no way that I received an incorrect order. I emailed this rep. pictures of my order & what's on the website and she called me to confirm that what is pictured is NOT what I ordered. At that point I was instructed to return this order & get a delivery confirmation(tracking#) and at that point my NEW order would be sent without further delay. I returned the product the next day & provided [redacted] the tracking number if ny return, and to this day I haven't received my order. Yet this company has the wig and my money!! I've spoken to this rep several times and apparently, resolving this issue is not on their list of priorities!! I would expect them minimally to expedite my order or refund my card. A store credit is not acceptable as they didn't take my business seriously. I would NEVER, EVER spend my money there-again.Desired Settlement: I would accept my merchandise provided they pay for Express delivery or a crefit idsied to my credit card. Those ate the only outcomes I'll accept.
