Review: The company advertises that its baked goods will be shipped the day of baking and arrive at the destination within 2 or 3 days to insure freshness.On February *, I ordered brownies to be shipped to Chicago by February **. This did not happen so I allowed the company to reset a ship date for February [redacted]. As of today, February **, no shipment had arrived.When I e-mailed and called the customer service person SEVERAL times, he claimed that what I was seeing on [redacted] tracking was what he was seeing and he didn't know what happened. I asked him to investigate the matter with the hope of resolution and he never responded. I also filed with [redacted] and yesterday, the [redacted], I received a lovely call from [redacted] in Chicago to say that no package ever arrived in Chicago.I immediately called my credit card company to put a stop on payment.As of today, February [redacted], still no delivery, no call or apology from the company and no move on their part to reimburse me in any way.Desired Settlement: I want a monetary refund reflected on my credit card.

The business has responded. Please see below:I recieved this email on Feb [redacted] My reply On Feb *, 2015, at 8:20 PM, [redacted] wrote: Sure. we can send them whenever you like, what date would you like us to bake and ship this order. thanks [redacted] replied: Thanks, [redacted]. Feb. [redacted] would be great. So we baked her order on Thursday Feb [redacted] and and brought it to the post office shipping priority mail. On Saturday Feb ** I recieved this email [redacted] I replied I don't have any other info except what I can bring up on the tracking info. I know this doesn't help but this is the tracking info below. We sent it out on the day we discussed and it does say they were expecting to deliver on the [redacted] Sorry [redacted] On Monday Feb ** at noon I recieved this email [redacted] Now [redacted] says "its now 5 days since baking". This is not true, its less than 4 days since we baked this and at this time the package isn't late, its noon time so the post office is still out delivering so there is nothing to be done right now. If the package arrives today it is on time. Under ideal condition, no bad weather, no airport delays, no post office delays this may have had a 50% chance of being delivered on Saturday On Tuesday Feb ** I recieved this email [redacted]

Now again just to be correct, it will not be 1 week tomorrow, it is currently 5 days and I agree there is a problem, I have gone to the post office to have them trace the package. Late Tuesday Feb ** I recieved another email [redacted]

So to sum it up [redacted] emailed Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday and while she is correct the package was delayed there was nothing I could or should do until we know what happened to the package. In [redacted]'s complaint she she says I didn't do anything, didn't reimburse etc. She states in her complaint she put a stop on the payment so there is nothing to reimburse. I would like this complaint removed as [redacted] overreacted even though it turned out she was correct the package was mis-handled by the post office. She did not allow time for the post office to do their job. Oh and one final thing the package was delivered on 2/** Delivery Confirmation [redacted] $11.26 Delivered on 02/**/15 Your item was delivered at Feb ** in [redacted] While I am not happy that the post office took 8 days to deliver, the Brownies are definetly good to eat, they recieved them, she cancelled payment, she filed complaints and I think she should withdraw this complaint thanks [redacted]
