To whom it may concern,***'s tank was on 18% However gauges are not 100% accurate Our meters on our trucks our 100% accurate When we pump out a tank, we pump out the exact amount that was left in the tank If you look at the gauge on the tank it will have in writing " do not use for filling" I hope this clears things up.I apologize again for the misunderstanding!ButchRutland Bottle Gas

I should have received a phone call on the first attempt to deliver the gas! When I ordered, your company had sunny clear days with no snow on the ground! The driver told me he didn't get my order until a week later! I'm thankful that *** the driver was nice and delivered it! However, I ordered gallons of propane and gallons was delivered! I ordered gallons because that's all I can afford! When I explained this to saundra on the phone she exclaimed that it must be paid for! Rutland Bottle Gas customer service is horrible! What about the emergency call I made to them and the person on the line told me to make other arrangements, told me to move, or to stay somewhere else! Not a good business! !

To whom it may concern,We are very sorry that this situation is on goingWe are in the business to deliver propane to our customersWhat it sounds like happened is that when we have numerous people out of gas, it sometimes is difficult to get to all of them as quick as they would likeWhen we were able to get to Joe's the weather had turned sour and his drive was in horrible shapeAs for the gentleman on the emergency line.....I spoke to him and his response was that he understood *** was out and we couldn't get into his drive so he was suggesting to him (because he said his young child was cold) that he should make other arrangements so they could stay warm until we were able to get down his drive

Revdex.com called business to follow up on this complaint and spoke to [redacted], GM, who said they have personnel going into the Logan area today, and they will pick up the tanks at that time.

We apologize for the misunderstands. We sent a check for 196.57 as [redacted] had stated.  She sent it back.  The tank did have 18%.  We then sent another check on 10/16/15 for the full amount owed to her.  It was cashed and signed by [redacted] on 11/2/16.  With that I thought it was...

settled.

I am writing in response to your letter of January 13th andJanuary 20th pertaining to complaint ID [redacted] against RutlandBottle Gas . Mr [redacted] now says when they removed their tank frommy property it contained 18% (of a 500 gallon tank].I do not know why they did not pump out the entire 90 gallonsthat I had paid $3.799 for on February 2, 2014. I do know for a factthat if you do the math, you will see I am owed over $105.As my letter of January 15, 2016 states PLEASE add theexpenses they put on me but that Mr. [redacted] had said they woulddismiss because as he told me "they really dropped the ball with"me. He didn't mention that I should be paid for their tank sitting inmy yard for months, abandoned, or for all the repairs I had to do tomy yard because everytime their drivers cut ruts through the grass, which they never offered to repair or even acknowledged. The fact is, they were going to charge me $27.00 for draining the 90gallons -30 cents a gallon (THERE AGAIN IS THAT 90 GALLONS ),$120. for the two gauges and six cement pads Mr [redacted] came tomy house and picked up himself and $196.57 the check they hadsent me and I sent back. 27.00      120.00      196.57    $343.57   Total they owed me    -237.07    The check they sent me   $106.plus tax on the differenceI don't know how Mr. [redacted] or the general manager, Mr.William C** can sleep at night. I know all this is affecting myhealth. P-L-E-A-S-E help me.

To Whom it may concern,We are always concerned and troubled when a complaint has been issued on us. We strive to do our best to make timely deliveries to our customers. In this situation Joe's driveway was in terrible shape. We tried 3 times to get him gas. The 1st attempt was unsuccessful when our...

driver ([redacted]) went and found his drive to be un-plowed  and icy. The same for the second attempt. [redacted] had been driving in and out of his drive with his 4x4 but had not plowed it yet. He wanted us to fill from the neighbors drive, however we could not because of our delivery hose was just to short. On the 3rd attempt our driver asked if [redacted] could spread some sand that the previous owner had left and maybe shovel some snow while our driver put the chains on his truck. That attempt worked and [redacted] got his gas.We apologize for the inconvenience to [redacted] and his family. We feel that we went above and beyond the call of duty to get him his gas. Thanks[redacted]Rutland Bottle Gas

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
