Durimg the course of the 9 weeks I waited for the repair, the company representative told me once the part had to be reordered because it was damaged. Another time I called I was told their internet was out & she would call me back. She never did. A week later I called again and the lady told me the part should be on the delivery truck that day & she would call me back... Never did. When I called several days later she hung up on me once I identified myself. I was never informed of a "family illness" or that I needed to find a different repair technician. Multiple follow up calls went unanswered. Nine weeks without a dryer is a LONG time! I will not use or recommend this company to anyone.
