We purchased two Ruvati Ariaso undermount bathroom sinks less than one year ago. The sinks were beautiful when we purchased them; however, due to a design flaw, water does not drain and sits on the bottom of the sink causing a calcium buildup. We've taken excellent care of the sinks, even going so far as to wipe the sinks out and dry them every time they are used. I reached out to Ruvati b/c they advertise a one year warranty providing certain conditions occur. In all cases, we met the warranty guidelines. They sent us a certain cleaner and scrubber to try, which we did to no avail. Actually, the scrubber they sent scratched the finish, making it look even worse! Now they won't return our money. They said they will send us the same sinks since they have no other replacement sinks. The design is flawed - why would I want to replace the sinks with the same type of sink which will do the same thing in the next few months after installation. Don't make the mistake of buying from Ruvati USA. They DON'T stand behind their warranty and their products are inferior.
Ruvati sinks are manufactured to industry standards using highest grade stainless steel available for residential use. Calcium build up or stains in sinks is caused due to excessively hard water. To avoid hard water stains, you have to either install a water softener, or regularly wipe down the sink to prevent hard water droplets from sitting on the sink for prolonged periods. There is no design flaw or defect with the sink. Unfortunately, hard water makes upkeep more demanding, no matter what brand or style of sink you have. I am rejecting this response because: We've never had issues with our "hard water." We followed the cleaning instructions on your website AND wiped out the sink after every use. Despite the extra effort, we still have an ugly buildup. The sinks look old and ugly despite the extra effort. They need to be replaced after less than 6 months of gentle use. Unacceptable.

Our sinks are backed by limited lifetime warranty, and we will replace any unit if there is a manufacturer defect. "Build-up" or hard-water stain in a sink is always due to hard water, dirt or chemicals sitting in the sink. It can be cleaned using available commercial cleaners such as Barkeeper's Friend. We do not offer refunds on sinks 6 months or a year after installation and use. If there is a valid warranty issue, we offer replacement. My husband and I purchased a sink from Amazon sold by Ruvati USA. I initially called the company to complain that the sink clips included in the package were not the correct ones after installation issues and realizing the clips we received did not match the ones in the photo in the installation guide. After a lot of back and forth between myself and the company we were given several different reasons as to why the sink clips we received were wrong including being told the sink may be a counterfeit sold by Amazon which was not the case. After several weeks of this back and forth, with them sending the same or similar clips to the ones that were in the package we were told the sink we received was an old model and they no longer have or make the clips for that sink. Our only option was to return the sink through Amazon which was not a viable option because I cannot go weeks without a kitchen sink waiting for a replacement. The company would not send a replacement sink and could not provide the pieces necessary for proper installation as per their own instruction manual.
We have sent customer replacement part (missing mounting clips) and we can send them again if needed. I have emailed customer and asked her to let us know if she needs another set of clips. If so, we can send it to her free of charge. Thank You.

I am rejecting this response because:
hey have sent the new mounting clips however the sink we were sold has different sink clip mounting tabs. He tabs that fit the new clips are flat with a square or rectangle cutout, out sink tabs are 3 sided and only the old sink mounting clips will work with hear tabs. The company was sent pictures of our sink tabs and we’re aware of this prior to my Revdex.com complaint.

I bought a sink. I was asked to leave a positive review on home dept in exchange for a home depot gift card... back in January. I
was told to allow 4-6 weeks, so that's 8+ weeks ago.
After no one replied to my email, I called a week ago. I was told that person would either call me or email me within 24 hours. I have since sent another email 4 days ago and again, no one has ever replied.
We apologize for the delay in getting this processed. We were having some issues with Home Depot's new corporate Gift Card system. We sent out the Gift Card to customer today. Thanks.
