I have been working with Ruwet Sibley for five years having purchased a [redacted] tractor from them. They have been excellent and gone above and beyond in handling my after purchase/service needs. One example really stands out. When I first bought the tractor and used the snow blower for the first time, something went wrong that would have been a very expensive fix. With no prompting from me, Jerry V[redacted] the service manager called to say that they had made a mistake in installing the blower and that the fix was at their expense. I've rarely seen such an honest company. And they do a great, well priced and efficient service. Jerry V[redacted] always is clear as to schedule and cost. I would go out of my way to deal with them. Love the guys at Ruwet-Sibley. Both the sales and service staff, go above and beyond for me. I bought my [redacted] tractor 11 years ago, best purchase I ever made. My tractor goes in for routine service every 2-3 years, yet they treat me like I'm their best customer. Jerry in service is always there, to answer any questions I have. Thank-you so much, nice job!!!

Disappointing experience having my [redacted] chainsaw serviced. I took the saw in because there was no oil being dispensed onto the chain, this despite a thorough cleaning of the saw. Jerry kept the saw for a month which should have been my first clue something was wrong. After 3 calls from me he finally had the saw ready and I had to pay $65 for some tiny part to be replaced that he said cost only a few dollars. I wish I had asked what the labor cost was going to be before I asked him to fix my saw. Thankfully the saw works but I would get a quote on how much before you let him work on your saw.
