We bought a used fifth wheel in February When we went through our orientation in April, there were a couple of little things that needed attention that were fixed on the spotRV Canada also installed a new battery for usWe later discovered a problem with the hot water heaterIn spite of this being the busiest time of the year, RV Canada made room in their schedule to address our problem We are very pleased with the way RV Canada has treated us

Absolutely worst customer service we have ever experiencedWe paid for an extended warranty our trailer and have been trying since MAY of this year to have the repairs done*** in *** basically laughed at us and told us "good luck getting it serviced before fall" Finally received a call in September and confirmed an appointment in OctoberWe *** meet with the service rep who finally showed up almost hrs late and conveniently after we had to go home Have tried with no luck to get some kind of assistance from the sales manager and the general managerReceived a call today from another service rep who offered us an appointment NEXT APRIL and told us we had been passed off to him and he really had no idea what was going on with our trailerWe have purchased from RV Canada in the past and we're looking forward to purchasing again but if this is how servicing is handled we will have to look elsewhere when the time comes

Bought an RV from RV Canada in September 2014, still don't have it nearly 9 months later. I have already started to pay the loan long ago and still have nothing to show for it. I paid for a storage spot (cannot keep it at home) for the year, and have yet to be able to use it. Wasted money, wasted time. Cannot recommend. This experience is mine and may differ from yours. We purchased a used trailer from RVCanada in 2010 for what we thought at the time was a fair, market value price. Imagine our surprise when we tried to trade it in at a different dealership in 2015 and were advised that a search of the VIN history showed that the trailer had been in an accident in 2007. Consequently, its current value is very much lower than expected. Although the trailer had been repaired so that the damage was not visible, we now know that some of the water problems we have experienced over the years could be as a result of the previous damage. We recall quite clearly the salesman and sales manager who we dealt with assuring us that the trailer was in excellent condition and at no time did they disclose the vehicle's accident history. We don't expect any compensation from RVCanada because of the time lapsed; but, we are sharing this so that others will be warned of the questionable business practices or RVCanada.

We bought a used fifth wheel in February 2016. When we went through our orientation in April, there were a couple of little things that needed attention that were fixed on the spot. RV Canada also installed a new battery for us. We later discovered a problem with the hot water heater. In spite of this being the busiest time of the year, RV Canada made room in their schedule to address our problem.

We are very pleased with the way RV Canada has treated us.
