The letter from Mr. T[redacted] said he has already replaced the plants he promised, however, he has only replaced some. We will not know how many plants are dead until a couple more weeks into spring. For the record, he blames a previous company for issues in our system but the issue that over watered our plants happened this past year alone. No other company could possibly be at fault.
