purchased used r/v with a verbal day,this company was excellent on keeping there word, just a few repairs made by them new roof air ,rebuild entire dash air , a new awning and more smaller repairsonly one part for slide I laid out bucks for and to date have not been reimbursedall in all I would recommend them based on my experience

l spent many hours of searching Rvs on both the internet and driving to dealerships when I was directed to RV Direct America in Titusville FlNot only did they have every type of RV to choose from, but it was also apparant that this company did more than just sell RvsThese folks have a complete service center along with a paint and body shop tooOur budget was small and our intrests were simple, we wanted something in a fifth wheel that was clean,well taken care of at a fair price and no pressureWell Nathan came through with so much more than we could have ever expectedHe showed us a beautiful Cougar, extra clean and well taken care of smack dab within our budgetWe made a respectable offer and that was it, no back and forth used car salesman stuff,,,stress freeI really appreciated how everyone at RV Direct America treated us no matter how much we were spending, everyone is important there,,unlike most other places I had beenThey delivered the new purchase when they said they would, showed us how to properly set it up and walked through explaining each important detail.I had a few questions that came up a few days later so I called my salesman.He and the service manager Jason walked me through step by stepI even recieved a call later that evening from Jason making sur my air was cooling as it shouldWho does that I asked,, he actually cared even after the sale was complete and finalized days before..So these are just some of my reasons for writing this review.So were we satisified? Would we buy another RV or any other vehicle from this place? No question about it,Great experiance at RV Direct America...Planning a purchase around Christmas for a diesel truck,,u know who Im calling firstDo yourself a favor and call them when your in the marketThank you Haydn

purchased used r/v with a verbal 90 day,. this company was excellent on keeping there word, just a few repairs made by them new roof air ,rebuild entire dash air , a new awning and more smaller repairs. only one part for slide I laid out 50 bucks for and to date have not been reimbursed. all in all I would recommend them based on my experience.
