RV Inspection Orange County

Review: I didn't want it to come to this, but [redacted] has not seen fit to respond to my complaints in private..[redacted] helped me purchase an RV while I was overseas so I would have something to move into when I returned to California. Working with him from afar, it all seemed very good and upfront. He even refused to charge me for a few inspections that he simply walked away from (duds on sight).My first warning was that I had to ask him to provide the inspection to me after I paid him (several weeks after the fact). He had assured me over e-mail and again in the inspection that the RV was immediately livable and did not have major problems. Specifically in the inspection he asserted that there was no evidence of leaking anywhere. Well, little old me, without any RV or even home owner experience, immediately identified an obvious and significant leak in the rear roof seam. I assumed that, having no experience whatsoever, I must be mistaken about the leak damage because [redacted] had assured me the RV was in good condition and there were no leaks. It turns out I was right and the inspection he provided me was faulty. This has cost me a lot of money to fix and I will not be able to keep this RV for long as there is no way I can afford to rebuild the back end of this RV due to all the water damage (his inspection said there was no water damage). The next issue was equally obvious: the propane gauge is broken. I had told him multiple times that I planned to live in the RV, so knowing what gauges worked and didn't work seem like important information. The fact that the gauge doesn't even begin to work was not in the inspection. That has also turned into a very costly (and cold) oversight in his inspection.I have asked him to address these issues and provide me with a refund for this inspection (just this inspection mind you, I am not asking for a refund on the other inspections I paid him for) and he has yet to even acknowledge my e-mails.Desired Settlement: $200 for the inspection.
