RV Makeovers

In March 2017, [redacted] and [redacted] came in to the shop to get repairs on their [redacted] **They signed a contract with RV Makeovers for X amount of dollarsRV Makeovers requires the customer to pay 50% non-refundable deposit upfrontA week later, [redacted] and [redacted] *** decide they don't want all the repairs they had originally asked forThey came and picked up the RVThere was an X amount balance left from the depositWe let them know that they signed a contract that states the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and offered them to bring the RV back and complete the rest of the workThey refusedTherefore, we are unable to return the amount left over from the deposit that was given

The customer came in on May 23rd, to get some repairs on his RV camperBecause of the busy season, we don't tell our customers a time frame of when their projects will be done (usually it takes up to months or longer depending on the repairs)The customer didn't want to wait any longer and
came in to take his RV and asked for a refundWe let him know that in the contract he signed when he came in, it states the 50% deposit given at the time of drop off is non-refundable and showed him a copy of the contract he signedWe offered him to bring it back whenever he was ready, as he stated he was going to do other work to itThe customer left and said he will be bringing it back during the winter months for us to work on his camper or if we could call him and let him know when the schedule clears out so he can bring it backIf there's any other repairs that he needs done, he's more than welcome to bring it back
