Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12455891, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to meI have received the refund owed me after RV now did not come through with a rv rental that I put a down payment on in March of AFTER MONTHS of trying to get what was owed me and them using every excuse in the books and having to get the local sheriffs dept involved I had to go to Walmart for a cash payoutI will never go back to RV now and I will never refer anyone to them.Regards, [redacted] ***

we just received this for some reason. We are looking into this complaint. We will have a full response within the 7 days. I do know this RV came with a lot of preexisting issues. We had to refund both customers it was rented to because the unit broke down on the first rental. As we always are, we... deal with mamy owners without issue. We are very willing to work this out. We will respond with a description of what happened on our end. We will have to research all the details.

This sounds like the same thing! No refund has shown up on my credit card statementI am still waiting for my $refund

He knows exactly who we are and what his company did to us and our RV. As I stated in my first complaint letter, we tried numerous times to call & email RVNOW and the owner [redacted], But not ONCE did he ever follow up with a call back as promised.
