So Sad
Bought a brand new $50K Rockwood Signature. When I pulled out of the dealership within 3 miles the side wall on the trailer tire blew out. Took it back to the dealer hoping they could switch one from another trailer Even offered to stay overnight so they could get a new tire. I was told because I left the dealership they were not responsible . No customer service they had their money--- GOOD BYE. Sad because it had been a pleasant experience till there real colors showed.
So Sad

We bought a new Keystone Hideout and we didn't even get to use it once. Had to bring it back (1 major reason was waterdamage). It will take at least 3 weeks to repair. Please DO NOT shop here. Like others said, as soon as you signed the sales paper, the customer service is 0. You can see how little a company cares, when the owner only replies to positive reviews on google.

We purchased a new Jayco. 5 the wheel we have so many problems with you can't imagine. We call Tampa RV and can't get them to even call us back. If you are considering buying a Jayco please Change your mind and whatever you do don't buy from the worst Dealership in Flordia

If you have a Jayco RV purchased else where do not call for service.

I called RV One Superstores, in Tampa, Fl to make an appointment to fix one of my slide outs. I have a 2019 5th wheel under Warrantee. I was told by the service dept that they only will work on units they have sold. They advertise as a Jayco Dealer but refused to do any work, even warranttee work, unless I purchased the 5th wheel from them. I can't believe this is a Jayco policy.

I need my slide fixed and a place that will do it under Warrantee. I have been told by many that Jayco backs up there products. Apparently this dealer isn't aware of this. I would pull their Jayco franchise if I had the power.

We were rushed through the process and given a price with a $600+ upcharge for cleaning, detailing, etc. We were told if we put some money down, it would hold that RV and be 100% refundable if financing did not go through. We had no chance to ask for a better price, as the salesperson took off to take care of someone else.

They told us we couldn't get it financed there, but check with our bank. They took our $500 deposit, which cleared immediately, and when we called back on Monday, the finance manager, Cesar, said he'd get back to us. We called four times that day, and no one would return our calls. No one called us the next day. They are quick to take your money, and then won't talk to you when it comes to a refund. These people have shown that they don't care, and they DO NOT return phone calls. We will never purchase an RV here, and will never recommend them to any of our friends.

Selling units with hidden damages, the only option I got was was to trade in for a more pricey unit and put more money down.once you buy there done with you.its definitely all about money there..

Customer service is terrible, once you purchase that's it they no longer care.

While shopping for an r.v. I had stopped by without my husband. He was not crazy about the shopping process and had been working weekends so his time was limited. We finally had time to look. He had some specific individual owned campers he wanted to look at and we also stopped at some smaller dealers in the area. A young lady had been working with me at the McIntosh store. She went on vacation. When she returned she was working with me over the phone and internet. All was good until I told her that my family had found a camper that we really liked at another dealer and were likely going to buy it. She was really wanted to make a sales and wanted to know all about the other deal to beat it. At this point we didn't have firm numbers to tell her. In between the phone call with her and a return call with the quote from the dealer we found the camper at, she actually called and pretended to be a customer wanting to buy that exact camper. I know it was her because the salesman said she had an odd area code. I verified it was her number. I feel that was ridiculous and unprofessional. I will never consider RV one in Dover for anything..

Not a happy camper! We purchased a brand new Siesmic 5th Wheel toy hauler from Tampa RV as a place to stay in while we are waiting to be put into military housing. We chose this unit because we were told that we could be waiting for up to 2 years. As a family of 5 having looked at least 100 campers, we liked the 2018 Seismic. I emphasized during closing that I wanted the best warranty option available because of how much the unit costs, and everyone we know that has campers have told us they break down a lot. The finance guy assured me we would be taken care of. I also informed him that the unit would be setup on the military base, permanently until we move into housing, and he told me that they actually have service technicians that will come out and do any repairs onsite. YAY! I thought this was awesome, until my unit started breaking down left and right. I've called in several work orders over the past 10 months. Many of the items that I've requested to be repaired are still not repaired. Tampa RV stated that I have a 2 year warranty on this unit, but it just seems like they're riding out the time so I'll be stuck with a lemon that I'll have to start paying for old defects out of pocket.
I have to say that Pablo is a very nice service tech and does his best to help out, but what the service department puts on his work orders has not been all inclusive of the services that I've requested. Based off of this experience, I would definitely not recommend Tampa RV due to poor dispatching and expedient warranty repairs.

I've bought many brand new RVs over the years. This was without a doubt, the WORST delivery I've ever experienced. It starts when you're required to stand at the front desk and finish all of the paperwork. Whatever happened to sitting someone at a desk? Then we get back to the coach, a 2018 Jayco Melbourne Prestige, and they are just finding out that the furnace and the radio won't work.
This was on February 15th. They had our coach, all paid for, for a month, without getting it ready. Then they LIE to us and tell us they are expediting the parts. Jayco didn't get the warranty request until the 21st. Now it's the 27th and the parts haven't even been ordered yet. Jayco doesn't keep an inventory of parts so they have no idea of when we'll get it repaired.
As of the 28th, this sorry dealership has NOT even ordered the parts yet. How sorry is that??
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THE SALE!!!

I was a little nervous to purchase my RV through Tampa RV strictly on the rating and number of negative comments on them. We decieded to purchase through them afterall mainly because of the attentiveness of our sales person Tommy M. Tommy followed up with us until we found the right unit for us and answered all of our questions. He replied on nights, weekends and days off. After putting the unit on order he followed up to let us know the status and was understanding whenever we had any concerns and gave us the appropriate information. Our unit came in just prior to Hurricane Irma hitting the area and we were 2.5 hours away from the location. Tommy hooked the unit up for us and sent us a video so that we could see the unit made it through the hurricane with no issues. After every interaction we had through the process he made sure we were satisfied and happy. I can't say enough about our experiance. It was top notch and not something you see these days anymore. We got the unit and the demo was extermely informative and helpful for us first time RVers. The unit itself was in great working order and have had no issues with it so far. I will definately bring my business back to Tampa RV if we decide to upgrade in the future.
