I ordered day night shades for our RV on 6/16/16, $was promptly charged to my VisaAs of now 8/I have still not received themI have called multiple times and e mailed and get no responseOne person told me I would have to talk to the manager about a refund and then hung up on me I called back and was told the manager was in a meeting and would call me backOf course she never didI have now reported them to the Revdex.com and to my bankWill see what if anything happensIsn't it illegal to take someones money and then not send the item??.Why won't anyone talk to me?? STAY AWAY...FAR AWAY

My only regret is that I didn't contact the Revdex.com soonerYou can see that the day after I filed my complaint and the company was notified they refunded my moneyNaturally they waited a few days to post a response saying that they had already refunded my moneyThis is a horrible businessIt's the only one that charges you for something before they ship it and then when they are unable to ship it keeps your money for almost a month before refunding itI should've read the Google reviews about them before ordering, everyone has problems with these people

be added to the blinds. We advised that blackout could not be added to the blinds. It was requested that we double check to see if anything could be done. We agreed to check, and after checking with the manufacturer, we were told that there was nothing that could be done. The customer was advised of that. We do not offer blackout on our blinds, the stitch bond material is so thick that it would not fold up if any more material were added to the back. We do not offer black out as an option, thus there is no false advertising.

I believe the company needs to improve their workflow when a customer calls to obtain more information BEFORE you inform them to go to the web site to place the order. It could have adverted the issue with me ordering the wrong blind. Customer Service needs improvement when someone calls to inquire about a product on the web site. I of course will never deal with this company again and I will not recommend it.

but ALL they had to do was return our call to their customer service department. You would think after numerous calls and an email, that someone within RV Nation would have responded. NOT good business practice. I want it known that even though they are sending us new steps, we will not recommend them or use their company in the future.Thank you Revdex.com for your diligence!

RV Parts Nation finally got with me and said they expect to have the Door I ordered delivered to me by 8/4/17. 1st response I've gotten from them. Assuming they follow through with this I am good with this issue. If they do not deliver I'll file another complaint.

I shouldn't have to contact the Revdex.com and report the company to my credit card company as a fraudulent charge two months later.... Management should investigate and correct customer service relations. I will never do business with or refer anyone one to this company. I will advise against doing any business with this company.
