This company is out of touchI complained that they would not correct the wrong address they were using to send products to meThey continue to use a non-existing street nameI did not have the luxury of waiting till winter in this local to install the new roof on my RV and ordered the missing adhesive and self-leveling sealant from other suppliers and have the roof installedIn the meantime, AFTER THE ROOF WAS INSTALLED, they sent me not one but two heavy packages of what must be the complete roof kit, a week or more apartWhat I asked for was my money back for the product they had postponed sending because of their own internal confusionI also asked to be reimbursed for the expensive shipping cost of returning the wrong product in the first place Their response of sending me what is now useless was expensive on their part and shows a lack of good sense, as well as wasting my own moneySomehow they stay in business, but they certainly mishandled my order in a huge way

I ordered 15ft of rubber roof, a tub of adhesive and some butyl tape on the 11th of July The listing stated a to business day lead time to ship the roofing material It has now been business days and they still have not shipped anything After multiple calls and messages online with no sense of getting my order I had to cancel I received atleast promises that my order was shipping out after business days and then after Then they offered an "upgraded" material to replace the roofing material, this material was supposedly in-stock and could ship out immediatly (Dear RVPN Customer, Due to the high demand of our EPDM rubber roof we are currently back ordered from our supplier for another weekWe would be willing to upgrade you to a more advanced material called SuperFlex by Alpha at no additional costThis product has a longer life expectancy than the EPDM you ordered and a higher quality roof systemPlease let us know if you would like to choose this option and we can get the SuperFlex out immediately as we have stock inventory of it Click the link below to watch how to install the SuperFlex Rubber Roof: http://www.rvpartsnation.com/rv-exterior/rv-roofing/rv-rubber-roof/rv-roof-super... and it still has not shipped Do Not Order from this company if you expect to get your order or to have any help from their customer support people Do not order from them

Its my fault for not doing my research before doing an online orderbut even still this company should be legit, and not out to take peoples money and hope that they don't complain
