Review: RV peddler filed bankruptcy before our Title was processed on a used RV we bought while wintering in Yuma AZ.WE can not get tags and registration in Maryland. The tax money rolled into our loan for MD taxes is also unavailable. MVA suggested you might be able to help get title or at least verify business is closed and title is unavailable.Desired Settlement: Title or proof to Md Motor vehicle agency it is unavailable, also portion of $1400 for MD state taxes minus Yuma city tax (if applicable) returned to me or Financer of RV so can be subtracted from my loan.

Review: Contracted business to do a consignment sale of my RV. They sold my Rv in December and have failed to payoff my loan and pay me the agreed sale price.

In September we signed a consignment contract for them to sell my Rv for a minimum of $22,000 at the Yuma, az location. They sold my Rv and told me they received funding on Decmber 24, 2015. I was told by manager Grant they have the money and its over the 22k agreement. They still have not paid off my loan or sent me the difference over my 21k loan. Yuma employees told me that all the financial business is handled at headquarters office in Bakersfield, ca. Since then all calls have been directed to the Bakersfield location. I have called and spoke to grant, Ken, Dennis and Faye at least 12-15 times who have repeatedly told me they will get the checks out the first of next week which never comes. On March 14 Manager Dennis lied and told me he sent the checks out that morning which he never did. This caused me to not send the march payment to my lender that was due March 24, making my payment late. In late February Dennis told me the money was accidentally spent elsewhere and told me he needed more time and rv peddler will pay all interest on my loan since the sale. The repeated lies and nonpayment have forced me to retain a lawyer and move forward with a civil lawsuit to protect my investment. Every response by their employees have said they will get it taken care of next week. I spoke to them on March 23 and gave them a March 24 deadline to send proof of payment to my lawyer. They requested until Monday the 28 to forward that info to my lawyer to avoid preparing court papers and I told them NO the deadline is the 24th. Then on the 24th Faye called my lawyer and told them that they had just spoke to me and I had agreed to wait until Monday which was a complete lie. This businesses repeated lies and untrustworthyness has forced me to incur added expenses in an attempt to collect from our contract.Desired Settlement: Payoff of my outstanding loan on the vehicle and payment for agreed difference, interest since December 24, 2015 and attorney and court costs.

Review: I purchased a RV through RV Peddler and I was never told it was a consignment RV and now we cannot get the title for vehicle but now we have a 10,000.00 loan on the vehicle. We were first told they could not locate the owner to pay him and get the title and with additional phone calls we

found out they were filling bankruptcy and closing there doors in both Arizona and California We now have a trailer with expired tags and no title. Bank wants title from us to put a lean against it. We also asked them to use our local bank but used a different bank in Utah called Mountain America. Tasking to others who have the same problems they were also financed through Mountain AmericaDesired Settlement: Completion of contract or return all money paid as down payments and payments made on loan and contract voided

Consigned a RV with RV Peddler in Yuma, AZ. per the contract, that if they sold the vehicle and/or buyer took early possession which ever came first, they would disperse funds within 20 days. Our RV disappeared from the lot on 2/16/2015. Kept calling to find out where our RV was. Was final told that the new buyer had taken possession on 2/20/2015. As of this date 3/26/2015 which is 35 days later, they still will not give us the proceeds from the sale of our RV. Have filed a complaint with the AZ Atty General and now with AZ DMV investigators as they are licensed with that agency. Please be very cautious when dealing with this business... I am currently out over $11,000 and seeking advise from an attorney

Review: We bought a new RV from them and traded in one. They were to pay off the other RV to the lein n holder and they did not. Then after many calls to both the business and lei nholder, we find that RV Peddlers has gone out of business. We found all this out after we arrived back in Montana. We have a contract that states they were to make that payment. The old lei holder has turned this over to our credit report and now that has gone down. We had an excellent report before all this took place. Can you please help us?

Review: We traded a 2007 Holiday Rambler to RV Peddler on Dec. 14th, 2015 and they still have not paid off our loan on the 5th wheel. We talked to them on Jan 12th, 2016 and were told that they would get the payoff amount and that they would call us on Thursday afternoon, Jan 14th to give us a tracking number so that we could follow the check as it was sent to [redacted] They did not call, so we called them and they had not sent the payment. Now, they say that it will be Tuesday, Jan. 19th. The finance company called us about this and we asked about our credit rating and they said that after 30 days it would go on our credit history. We have a very good credit rating and we do not want it ruined by circumstances we can't control.Desired Settlement: Have them pay the bill so that it doesn't effect our credit rating.
