RV Rescue LLC received ID 11296260 customer complaint and appreciates the opportunity to respond. Specifically, [redacted] complains that the sticky tabs started coming off the camper. I previously discussed this issue with Mrs. [redacted] and let her know that this is a manufacture issue....
The outside temperature affects the adhesive on the sticky tabs. Same with the Velcro and the zippers. I advised Mrs. [redacted] that the manufacture of the skirting offers a screw on tab that she would be able to replace and never have to worry about the sticky tabs not sticking again. She told me that she was going to call the company and order these and replace all tabs. I also told Mrs. [redacted] to purchase double sided adhesive tape when she moves the skirting and use this on the Velcro and zippers. Again she told me that she would do this recommendation. The customer was completely happy with the service that I provided installing the custom skirting and even gave a wonderful review on Facebook.
