He promise to sell it in or months
I call asking every or weeks for nearly two years always getting different stories of people interested but with a problem completing the purchase and they were trying to solve, once he made me an alleged offer of a customer for a really low value
At this time I began to review the review left by customers for them in Google and various Internet sites and found lots of negative stories that the owners were not notified of the sale of their vehicles and in some cases these were rented without the authorization of them
Concerned about this I decided to pass through the Dealer a Thursday evening after my work and I could not see my RV parked there
The next day I called asking for and *** told me he could not sell yetThen I told him I would go to pick it up the next day to try to sell it on my own, *** tried to convince me not to go there and to give them another chance, but at my insistence, he put me on hold and return with a offer from *** *** (Owner) I reject itHe continued negotiating with me until I agreed a price
That just confirmed my suspicions that the vehicle was not available at the dealer to pick it up at that time(Whether it was sold? Was perhaps rented without my consent?) Take out your own conclusions
According to the BOS they should pay me four monthly payments to complete the value of the vehicle
Each month I had to call countless times and go personally to receive these payments up to days late
The last one, after several calls, they gave me checks and demanded the title of the vehicle signed by me
Again I found myself in the situation of calling every day several times and I cannot cash the checks for insufficient funds
After countless visits to the bank, up to three times a day, I finally managed to cash my checks
