my boyfriend joe and I attemepted to get a RV with RV STATION KATY, and explained to them we wanted a payment of under 400 max a month and we were almost done when we found out we would need a cosigner... and our buddy *** needed to work on his credit a while back as I recalled so I took in *** with me and joe to see if he could cosign, and HE DID! and we left with instructions to get our rv insured asap technically they were not allowed to let us drive off the lot with out it...but we were instructed to put the insurance in ***S Name only. when we got home *** of course would have to go back to sign his half of the papers and we could go when we could to sign and pick ours up due to ***s schedule.when we got to rv station to collect our papers and sign, *** the sales *** stated we were all good, handed us our keys and in the excitement we just left all cheery and when we got home we looked at the papers to find our monthly payment was 661.00 nearly dbl the amount we asked for due to joe being on disability and the only income, and still 61, and instead of 39,999 our receipt says it is now 51,000 with financing now 100,000. and ITS ONLY IN ***S NAME>>>>>>STRAW LOAN!!!!! after looking up why someone would put a loan in your cosigners name on the internet, it stated straw loan.....good for the business man and his commission, upon going to confront ***, he stated and I quote " If you don't leave this alone , I will see to it you all will nit get this RV or any Rv in the state of texas! so needless to say we ran outta there worried our *** were hanging in the blance. about two weeks after getting insurncae and the incccedent at rvstation, OUR RV ENDS UP STOLEN!! we go to katy rv station, ask *** if he can excess our rvs tracker He claimed that they all had in case people didn't pay the bill...had now NOT had one at all to help us locate our new 2020 100,000 rv and when we needed the temp tags the rv station gave us they had no copy of it anywhere, mind you the assist, corey, reaches behind him and grabs a regular size big 8 dollar tote and in this big tote of all the rvs they had sold with in a lengthy time phrase judging by the stack they had, im guessing it was a years worth of rvs,,,,,,OURS WAS MYSTERIOUSLY GONE>>>> our insurance progressive, stated that we could NOT get insurance in ***s name if we were not ***. and so we put the rv insurancein our name we explain to progressive that it must be paper work issue but either way they took our paperwork and opened a policy, under josephs name, and when we filed the claim our adjuster states that rvstation had insurance on the rv at some point and took it off...…..but we had to pay the 47,000 off to the RV THAT WAS IN ***S NAME< THAT WAS INSURED BY SOMEONE< according to *** Financing, the lein holder we have for the rv. they stated that ***" or that *** paid them, but however no checks from joe and progressive ever came to pay the bill, and that the *** stated *** would have to do in order for us to pay the lein off, since it was declaired a total loss, *** would sign off on the rv so that we could pay it off, and *** Is aware of ***s Name Issue as we drew up a paper ourselves to have *** sign since it was stolen and *** was needed sinceit was in his name to do some of the legal proccedings and in order for joe to do the needed work we needed a written statement from *** stating our story and it was our rv,, SO *** finac states that the do have my written statement *** signed but no actual *** had ever came and that in order for them to email us the actual documents they had thus far they would need to talk to ***. needless to say here we sit stil NO RV PAYING $661.00 a month our insurance has paid ***s RV Loan with 7000 left over that we are responsible for that RV STATION ?HAD?HAS ? *** Insurance on it when the rv was stolen...………..and we have paid it of 46,000 to someone which according to our paperwork shows our "GOOD BUDDY ***" who has vanished......
