After placing an order for a water heater circuit board for my RV, my card was charged-pendingI received a computer generated receipt with an order # After waiting days, I emailed the company, which is the only way to contact them, and asked if my part shipped and I needed a tracking number no response I sent emails, including my phone number asking for information about my order and to please email or at least call Nothing days later I get a computer generated response saying my order had been cancelled I checked my bank account and the charges where credited Does this place even have RV Parts?
Never again

numerous responses to the e-mail given in the order *** have been made no charges have been made to this customer's credit cardwe were out of stockmultiple e-mails sent to customer on this matter do not understand the complaint the team at RV supply parts

This is exactly my experience with these people. I think this is a "drop ship" operation that is operated on a part time basis when they have time. Buyer be very aware. FYI, their current address is RV Supply Parts 195 S. Woodrose Ct. Anaheim Hills Anaheim, CA, 92807. Google maps show this as a private residence owned by Terrance Plummer and family residing.
