They did purchase the unit on 7/31/17, and I have spoken to them at least 3-times since them, and they have never mentioned anything about this*** *** was here yesterday picking up the license plate light that I gave him at no charge (I was out of town all last week) for the one that we
brokeAs a dealer, we have days to get the customer a titleSince I was out of the office last week, I had planned on doing all of my title work this week, which I explained to Lynda yesterday when she called about the title, unfortunately with this out of state title, there is no dealer reassignment on it, so I will have to take it to the state to get it transferred over, when I spoke to her yesterday, she was ok with waiting on it (she has day temp tags), but since she is now not ok with waiting on it, I will try to get down to the State office in Denver by next week where they can print me a title while I waitAs far as the holding tanks being full, I guess that he came in while I was out and mentioned something about it, but he was laughing about it with my tech about it I would be happy to give them an in store credit of $to spend on chemicals and such, had they told me about it, I would have taken care of it directly with them, as I am honestly shocked at this since we have spoken a couple of times and I did not get any sort of indication that they were unhappy with anything I am also going to talk to my service techs and make sure that they have the right checklists, as they should have checked that prior to it going out since we owned the unit
