RVA Automotive Group Reviews (13)

Don't do business with this dealer They don't honor their agreements and from my experience their cars are unsafeI purchased a vehicle the week after Easter and have been trying to get them to complete the repairs (per our sales agreement) ever since then However, I'm fair - they have completed repairs on that repairs list, which just happen to be the cheapest to perform and has nothing to do with safety of the vehicleI've been calling them with no response, pushed to voicemail or told that one of the owners would call me back I even dropped by on a Saturday to be told that the owner was out of townNow I find out from a VA Inspection station that the vehicle is unsafe to drive until of many repairs are completed - which BTW were all part of our agreed repairs list So I have to wonder how the heck the vehicle passed inspection prior to my purchase - Or for that matter how have any of their vehicles on their lot passed inspection? Furthermore, I have to wonder how my [redacted] would feel about this experience After all they make lots of loans available to potential RVA Automotive Group buyers I'm sure they don't want to be on the hook for potentially bad loans because of customer default After all, how can one pay for a vehicle that they can't drive? Being dishonest and ignoring your agreements do not pay off in the end The truth always comes to the surface I just hope my review helps someone else so they are not faced with what I'm dealing with - paying for a vehicle that is a glorified lawn ornament!

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.? For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com spoke with a representative from the business who stated that the customer had contacted the business several weeks after purchasing the vehicle to inquire about purchasing a warrantyThe customer was advised that because of the low cost of the vehicle ($1200), they were not able to offer a
warranty and the purchase price of the vehicle was not eligible for a warrantyThe business stated the vehicle was sowithout a warranty, and that any issues that arise after the purchase are the responsibility of the customer

I recently brought a *** truck from them and it was in impeccable conditionThe staff is very professional and efficientI definitely see myself doing business with them in the future

I bought a 2003 [redacted] that had some suspension issues. I knew about this before I purchased the vehicle. I had that issue fixed as well as new tires and an oil change. Drove it back from Richmond and the engine locked up on me upon arrival to my home. The car didn't even have 100 miles on it from when I purchased. Now I am out of over $3000 after purchase and service work. Buyer Beware!!!! Bring a mechanic, wish I would've.

I purchased a vehicle the week after Easter and have been trying to get them to complete the repairs (per our sales agreement) ever since then. However, I'm fair - they have completed 2 repairs on that repairs list, which just happen to be the cheapest to perform and has nothing to do with safety of the vehicle.
I've been calling them with no response, pushed to voicemail or told that one of the owners would call me back. I even dropped by on a Saturday to be told that the owner was out of town.
Now I find out from a VA Inspection station that the vehicle is unsafe to drive until 1 of many repairs are completed - which BTW were all part of our agreed repairs list . So I have to wonder how the heck the vehicle passed inspection prior to my purchase - Or for that matter how have any of their vehicles on their lot passed inspection?
