This was a rather tramatic situation for my family The good folks at RVA Restoration made it much less painfulI would highly recommend your company to anyone and everyone I come into contact with

This is a great company with great employees! Very pleased with the work that was done and very reasonably priced I would recommend them to anyone

I received an email from Mr [redacted] today after lunch outlining his concernsthis was the first that I had heard of the issueshe spoke with us earlier this morning to pay his remaining balance and didn't mention anythingI have attached the email that he sent to me today and my immediate responseI also reviewed all the text messages that were exchanged between my project manager handling the job and Mr [redacted] and he didn't seem unhappy and was very polite throughoutmy project manager had no idea he was upseti also spoke to my installer who repaired the awning and he stated MrH [redacted] was home when they completed the repair to the awning and didn't indicate he wanted a new awning or that he had any issuesWe have tried several times today to reach out to him to get the issue resolvedI have sent him an email, I called and left him a voice mail message, and I also responded to the negative review that he left on Facebookunfortunately I don't know what else I can doi also had my project manager reach out to him by text message, to which he responded, saying we got our money, leave me aloneI would love the opportunity to correct the issueaside from the multiple complaints he has filed against us today, I don't want one of our customers to feel this way after we complete a job for themthis is a family owned business and every customer is important to usI have photos of the awning prior to any work being completed as well as afterwardsi would like to inspect the awning with him and see what was done incorrectly, but I have absolutely no intention of running away from this and we will do the right thingwe just need the opportunity to do so

We were very pleased with the restoration of our foyer and living room following a leaking joint in a water line located in the 2nd floor bathroom aboveIt involved sheet rock work, crown moulding repair, and paintingWhen the job was competed, one would never know the leak had happened

I can't thank RVA Restoration enough. Justin L[redacted] had his men out there almost immediately after I called, when a washer machine leaked out of control and unnoticed for days in the mud room. They were prompt, professional and highly recommended. If you are in need of any of these services I wouldn't look any further call RVA Restoration.
