RVG associates was my second attempt to get a GSA schedule , My first attempt with another company was a total failure , I almost lost hope with GSA consulting companies until I met Ron G***Ron lead me step by step towards a successful completion of GSA schedule award , we got the award in less than monthsRon combines high level of professionalism together with top service attitude which gives you the feeling that you are in the right handsIt seems that Ron holds the recipe for the secret sauce

Re: *** *** *** complaint #***Dear *** ***:*** *** ** ***, President & CEO of *** *** ***, contracted for our services called RESUBMIT A REJECTED EOFFERThis means that *** ***' previous proposal was rejected by GSA (Consultant was *** - See document one of the attachments and reference page 2, highlighted in yellow)His GSA rejection letter clearly pointed out that a minimum of two projects were needed for each Special stem Number being proposed to get an award (See document one of the attachments and reference pages & 8, highlighted in yellow)So, *** *** knew that without projects for the *** *** and projects for the *** ***, GSA would not give him an awardThis requirement is very clear in the original solicitation *** (Professional Services Schedule)However, *** *** had two projects for *** ***, but, only one project for *** ***.So, when he approached us with this situation, and explained he had no other projects to support the *** ***I told him that on just over 50% of the time I have been successful in taking a project and submitting separate tasks orders against that project in order to meet the minimum requirementThis was the only solution that I felt we could try to get them a schedule without being provided an additional project needed for *** *** *** knew that there was a 50%+ chance at getting this approvedUnder no circumstances did I state that it would be approved on the first since, we had a little over 50% approval rate on this strategy in the past.To contradict *** ***' letter dated 1-24-15, he knew the risk on getting the approval on the first try was a little over 50%, but was still willing to contract for our servicesAdditionally, *** *** knew that the time and money spent to prepare this proposal was a condition of submitting this second offer, using our service.Although the rejection letter we received from our submission had other points for rejection, all of those were "minor and fixable" issues that could be resolved in the next eCffer submissionThe only rejection point that was not fixable was "submitting one project, instead of two".We advised *** *** that once he got the required minimum of projects for either the Professional Service Schedule or the Information Technology Schedule, we would prepare and submit another proposalGSA recommended in our rejection letter that based on *** ***' resources, he should apply to the Information Technology Schedule (See document number two of the attachments, and reference page 2, highlighted in yellow).In a meeting at my office on Thursday, December 3, with *** *** and *** ***, stold them that we agreed with GSA, but the IT schedule requires and additional project, as well (A total of 3, instead of projects)Therfore, we still need one more project before we can proceedThe bottom line is the required number projects is the main stumbling block to proceed.I advised them that once they provided the additional project and any other requirements of the current solicitation, that had not been previously submitted, we can start to prepare another proposal for submission to GSA for the IT schedule.*** *** *** complaint #*** February 14, Page 2Our procedure in cases of a rejection on the first try, is as follows:IIf deficiencies in the proposal are due to RVG, RVG will make any corrections necessary and submit to GSA, or make corrections and resubmit proposal to GSA.llIf deficiencies in the proposal are due to CLIENT, which include, but not limited to, information needed by the proposal that CLIENT did not provide, or is not able to provide, then, RVG will either submit the omitted information to GSA upon receipt of that information from CLIENT, or resubmit corrected proposal to GSA, upon receipt of omitted information from CLIENT.IllFor a rejected proposal, if deficiencies are caused by RVG, the corrections will be made and proposal updated for re-submittalIf the deficiencies are caused by CLIENT, CLIENT must provide RVG the requested information necessary to correct the proposal for re-submittalA rejected proposal will be resubmitted only after all of the requested information necessary to correct the proposal is included.These terms are posted on our website under "Services".In regards to *** ***' letter dated 1-24-15, they need to be more specific in their accusations, because they did not provide any clear evidence to support their claims nor any clear evidence to support any breach of the terms set forth in our agreement.Their first consultant was *** and that submission was rejectedI wonder if they sent a similar letter to them requesting a refund.Also, as per our agreement, the time to request a refund had lapsed and does not apply (See document number three of the attachments, and reference page 2, paragraph 4, highlighted in yellow).Please let me know if you have any questions, or need additional information.Sincerely,Ronald|G***, CEO RVG Associates, Ltd.CCAttachments Dear *** ***, I wanted to make a correction to our response letter dated 2-14-16, regarding *** *** ***Complaint ***.
