At this time, I have been contacted directly by Rims less nyc regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The last communication I had with them they said one out of 4 of the rims was damaged by UPS and we would have to file a claim with themUPS said that they were responsible for filing the claim because they received them damagedI have called and left messagesThey will not return any of my phone callsEven if one rim was damaged they should have refunded the money for the additional rims that we purchased!

Selling under multiple names, on *** selling defective rims, promised refund stalled until *** guarantee ran out and past time to leave feedback, didn't refund my money im out over $1,000, and I have written proof to back this statement up

Roof Armour is billing me for a service they did not complete
On Sept.29/Roof Armour came to my home to install a sealant to my roof
They were done, cleaned up and gone by approx7;pm
The next day, Sept.30,at about 9:pm we had a thunderstorm blow thru with hard rain for about 15- minutes
At 9:pm my wife opened the door to let the dog out and found that our deck was covered in a white liquid
I went to have a look and saw that the exterior walls of my home were covered in white
I went inside and emailed Roof Armour, they did not respond until the next morning when *** ***, the business owner, phoned me and asked if I could send him some photos, which I did
*** phoned me back and said they would be there as soon as possible
He asked if the white liquid was sticking to the deck and I said yes
*** asked if I could wash it with my garden hose and that he would be there as soon as he rounded up his crew
*** and his crew of including himself

Review: Hi. I ordered 4 rims and for tires from rvm wheels in Jamaica New York recently. When they arrived 3 of the four rims were damaged. They have small scratches on them and one scratch someone tried to cover up. I contacted the company and sent them pictures. They told me the boss has to handle this and they would pass my information along to him. I've been calling since I received the rims in December and I get the same excuses ever time. They tell me they're boss isn't in yet or he just left or he's very bisy and he will get back too me. Now when I call and tell them I will wait until the boss is free or when I tell them this isn't rigjt and something need to be done they hang up in my face. I paid for brand new rims and received damaged. I want money back!!Desired Settlement: I want money back for these damaged rims

Review: I ordered a set of wheels from this company back in April off [redacted]. I called and talked to the salesman before placing the order to make sure the wheels were the right ones for my car. He assured me they would fit. My car was ordered but did not come in until July. When my car arrived we took it and the wheels to the shop be put on. The wheels did not fit. We contacted the seller to make arrangements to return the wheels. They assured me when they received them back we would get a full refund. We shipped them in original packaging and returned them via UPS at our cost. We got an email after they received them and they said they were damaged by UPS in shipment and therefore they would not refund our money. They did not file a damage report through UPS. We contacted UPS to see what recourse we had and they said it was their job to document and report any damage on the shipment they received from us. We cannot file a report as we had sent them back in good faith that we would be refunded our money since the product was not the right one for our car. I also contacted [redacted] and they said they only have a 30 day guarantee and it was past 30 days. The will not return our calls and we do not know what avenue to go from here.Desired Settlement: We would like to have our original payment of $669.98.

Review: I purchased a set of 22" Chrome "Lorenzo WL029" wheels on January *, 2015 for my 2003 Infinti M45. The chrome on one of the wheels has started to crack and peel off on it's own. I have contacted the RVM wheels teice in the last two weeks but the issue is not resolved. No one has returned my call and attempted to correct the problem.Desired Settlement: exchange the defective wheel

Review: On April *, 2015, I placed an order from BigWheelsNYC ([redacted] ID [redacted]) on [redacted] for a set of 4 PINNACLE ETHOS BLACK 20 x 8.5/10 RIMS. The order was placed from my wifes account ([redacted]). I shopped around for tires for about 6 weeks and purchased some new ones from Big O tires in Mustang, OK. The install was done on May **. When I picked up my car, the Store Mgr, Larry N[redacted], informed me that the front passenger rim had a small bend on the inside of the rim and this required more weight than the other rims to try and get it to balance. He explained that because of the small bend, the rim may make my car shake. I left the tire shop and I could feel the shake. I then contacted this company, on or about June *, and spoke with Ron. Ron asked me a few questions and then asked me to get a second opinion from another tire shop. Ron also asked that if they did find an issue, to take a video of the bend on the balance machine. On June *, I visited Discount Tire in Oklahoma City and spoke with Store Mgr, Aaron G[redacted]. Aaron removed the rim and tire and placed it on the balance machine (this cost me $36 just to have this done). He found the same issue, a small bend on the inside of the rim. I emailed Ron back at this point with all of the info, the video and some pictures. Ron replied to my email on that same day, June *. Below I pasted his responses:On Thu, Jun *, 2015 at 1:48 PM, [redacted] wrote:Thank you. Will contact the vendor to see about getting a replacementThen I received: From: [redacted] [mailto:[redacted]] Sent: Thursday, June **, 2015 2:52 PMThe vendor has more of these wheels coming in 2-3 weeks. We have already ordered a replacement to send to you. You can use this wheel for the time beingI never heard from this company again. I have emailed them 3-4 times and called 2-3 times. Not once have I received an email or phone call back and of course still no rim.Desired Settlement: To receive the replacement wheel I was promised and me to send the damaged one back.

Review: I purchased a set of wheels and tires from this company and a month later the clear coat started peeling from the center cap, they sent me a new one . The day I received the new cap, another one had the same issue. I contacted them and they said they would send out another one when they received the old one. 5 weeks later after numerous calls and emails, they said they would need me to purchase the center cap even though they said they would sent me a new one. They were very rude and gave no option but to file a complain. They said go ahead and file the complaint because it goes nowhere.Desired Settlement: I just want them to swap pout the part
