Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
For whatever reason the insurance company keeps referring to a previous claimed I filed in 2013 that they DID NOT PAY where I had interior damage to my master bathroom from wind damage that blew away two shingles from my roof. The interior damages that I am speaking of occurred from this current claim filed in 2015, where I had interior damage in my entry way, living room and den/kitchen entry way and water damage to my floor in the den/kitchen area. These areas are on the opposite side of the house far away from the master bathroom area. My contractor emailed **. [redacted] and forwarded him a copy of the pictures and was basically told by **. [redacted] to mind his own business. **. [redacted] has NOT returned my phone calls that I have left on his voicemail after I spoke with my contractor and he informed me that he was basically told to mind his own business! I have left a few voice messages and even asked the receptionist to email him because I have not received a returned call. When calling into the insurance company I am on hold for 10 to 15 minutes at a time to only be forwarded to voicemail. The question that I have that I can't seem to get answered is IF THE INSURANCE COMPANY REPLACED MY ROOF AFTER HAVING THEIR SECOND INSPECTOR STATE THAT HE DID SEE DAMAGSE TO THE ROOF, WHY IS MY INTERIOR DAMAGES NOT BEING COVERED AS WELL? The interior damages from the 2015 claim occurred in 2015, not in the 2013 claim which he insurance company keeps referring to! I will be filing a complaint with the [redacted] INSURANCE BOARD AS WELL.
Regards,
[redacted]

fax:                            [redacted] RE:      Complainant:                         [redacted] Revdex.com ID:                                  [redacted] Claim:                                    [redacted] Dear **. [redacted]: Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the complaint submitted by our member [redacted]. We have reviewed her claim and found that the initial adjuster didn't find enough hail hits to justify replacement. She asked for another opinion and we asked another employee to inspect the premises. He found some questionable damage and some hail damage. In an effort to give the insured the benefit of the doubt, we decided to pay her claim. The interior damage is not related to the most recent claim. My office spoke with **. [redacted] last week and she agreed to submit photos showing wind damage above the area that leaked. In addition, our clai** representative has been in touch with **. [redacted]'s new contractor. In response to **. [redacted]'s complaint about long wait times on the phone. When we spoke last week I gave her my direct phone number. She also has the cell phone number of the claims representative that assisted her on the claim. If you have any questions, please contact our office. Sincerely, [redacted]Claim ManagerPrioity One Insurance Co.

We have attempted to explain what we are able to do for **. [redacted] on her claim. We are very sorry if she is not satisfied with the outcome. We believe that we timely acknowledged, accepted and paid the portion of the loss that was covered under the insured's policy. We appreciate the fact that she disagrees, but we have sent several adjusters out to address this. It is true that the initial adjuster didn't find damage that exceeded the insured's deductible. But I think we did the right thing when we honored the findings of the second adjuster. We have done everything we can to try to remedy this situation. If you have any questions, please contact our office. Sincerely, [redacted] Claims ManagerPrioity One Insurance Co.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Mr. [redacted], the claims manager continues to provide lies in his response to Revdex.com about the 2015 claim that I am in dispute of. He stated in his response that he has sent out several ajusters to my address and THAT IS NOT TRUE, there were only two sent out [redacted] ( THE 1ST) [redacted] (THE 2ND). He also stated that there was verbal conversation about me not being happy with the work performed on my roof by my contractor, WHICH IS A COMPLETE LIE, I have NEVER had conversation or stated that I was not happy with any work performed by my contractor! AND IF FOR ANY REASON I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE NEW ROOF ALL I SIMPLY HAD TO DO, IS NOT PAY THE CONTRACTOR until he fixed the issue BECAUSE IT'S STATED IN MY CONTRACT THAT I DON'T HAVE TO PAY UNTIL I AM SATISFIED The contractor did an excellent job on my roof and has called both Mr. [redacted] and [redacted] about the damages to my roof from the wind and hail storms and was not taken serious in his conversations and even told to mind his business by **. [redacted] as he expressed that there were damages and openings created in the roof from the 2013 claim that was mishandled by the insurance company and that there were openings in my roof from the current 2015 claim of wind and hail damages.  [redacted] stated that the photos only showed to be of lifted up shingles that were not damaged, WELL IF THE SHINGLES CAN BE LIFTED THEY ARE IN FACT DAMAGED, AS STATED BY MY CONTRACTOR!!!! I do not know if it is COMMON business practices of **. [redacted] on behalf of RVOS INSURANCE COMPANY  to just tell BOLD FACE LIES, but he seems to be DOING SO! And I truly hope that this claim that I have filed with the Revdex.com is made public so that consumers know EXACTLY how this insurance company operates and HOW THE MANAGER TELLS LIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Regards,[redacted]
