We rented from this business twice, both times on Thanksgiving weekend 2013 & 2014. The first time we rented the experience was satisfactory. The trailer was ok, the one bad thing was they require you to pay in cash to get the advertised prices. They also require an additional $47 insurance fee through their insurance company, they call it a rider policy. You are never shown any documentation that they actually purchase the policy. The trailers should already have insurance on them, plus my policy covers liability. The second time we rented from them, the trailer we rented was not in the condition the pictures on their website depicted. The trailer canvas around the pop out beds were torn, the dining room table bench was cracked so when you leaned back it felt like you were falling. All the power outlets were coming out of the walls (safety/shock hazard). The fresh water tank was leaking when we got out to our camping site. We called up the owners and explained the situation to them. We were only at [redacted]. They said they had a mechanic that maintained the trailers. They basically told us we would just need to conserve as much as we could so we wouldn't run out. This isn't acceptable for anyone renting a trailer. The reason you have fresh water is to be able to use it, not conserve it. After a lengthy phone conversion they finally agreed to refund us $100 on the 4 day rental for our inconvenience. So we cut out as much water use as possible (no showers) and still ran out if water because of the leak. We still have not received our refund as promised. I would be very careful on renting from them since they have shown they will not refund any money as agreed upon. Since everything in a cash transaction you will be stuck. We will never rent from this business again. No integrity in my book

Wow these guys are great! We used them for our first ever RV trip and they where great to work with. We had never used an RV before and we where so greatful they took the time to show us how to use everything. Blake was so great and we really appreciated all of the little extra touches we received like glow sticks for our two little girls! They really went above an beyond for us.

We had a great experience renting from them. We had a last minute trip we wanted to take with family in town to the Grand Canyon and these guys helped us make it happen. We called them the day before and they suggested a camper for us to take and accommodated our late night pickup time. Highly recommended to anyone wanting a experience.

We rented a toy hauler from these guys to go to San Diego on our summer vacation. The service was great and the toy hauler rental was perfect. No problems and it was a fun trip.

We where able to rent a motorhome from them over New Years. It was our first time renting an RV and it was a really good experience. The RV we rented was almost brand new and only had about 3000 miles on it. It was a great experience for our family and we are going to try to do it again this year. They took the time to show us how to use everything before we left and I just can't say enough about how accommodating they where for us. It is a great place to rent from.

Horrible customer service. After spending over a $1,000 for a week long trailer rental and having issues with the water heater, the owners took no responsability and made it sound like it was our fault. Looking for a resolution upon our return it got worse. Instead of offering their apologies for the inconvenience, they got defensive and made a poor experience even worse. Watch out for this CASH ONlY merchant. Now I know why they do not accept credit cards as they only want your money and do not want you to have any recourse for their horrible customer service or faulty equipment.

Wow, we had a fabulous time going to the Redwoods in California! We rented the Thor motorhome for our trip and the RV was almost brand new only had just over 4000 miles on it. It was a great family trip and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience!
