The customer broke down the vehicle as clearly shown in thedealership’s repair receipt due to “overuse of starter”. The deposit wasapplied to repairs as stated in the contract. Please review the attached documentation.

Is there a way to give negative stars? I drove for this company and they did the following:

1) Assigned me trucks that would not be in use by a fleet with national recognition based on their age, mileage, and general mechanical condition. I was assigned trucks that were at least 10 years old, had more than 1 MILLION miles, and were in need of repair. One truck was even placed out of service while it was assigned to me and it was not properly diagnosed or repaired until I was forced to continue to drive it in that condition nearly 1000 more miles.

2) Their dispatchers will promise customers a delivery schedule that is impossible to deliver on without breaking laws of physics or DOT regulations that cover the amount of time a driver can spend driving. Within one week, I was ordered to drive 5 additional hours after he was informed that I only had 30 minutes left for that day, a few days later, he demanded that I take a 4 hour break then return to the road. DOT mandates an uninterrupted 10 hour rest break after an 11 hour drive shift. I believe in power naps, but DOT doesn't.

3) Dispatchers have no driving experience and have no clue as to what kind of decisions drivers have to make daily. And those decisions are questioned when they affect delivery schedules.

4) They owe me more than $3000 in errors made not honoring their advertising in terms of payments for additional stops or unplanned layovers outside DOT mandated reset breaks, PLUS the balance of a security deposit I paid for an insurance deductible (net of the cost of a roadside repair I caused).

Review: I rented two Jet Skis from (PWC) on May 30, 2015 around 1pm. I gave the owner $350 for the rental and $1000 cash deposit ($500 for each ski). I had the Jet Skis on the water for approximately 2 hours before the warning light on one of the Jet Skis came on and the Jet ski would no longer turn on. I was suppose to return the Jet Skis to the owner at 7pm that night and he asked me to come the next day on May 31,2015. I advised him what happened and he told me that his policy is to hold the deposit and put the Ski in the shop and find out whats wrong with it. He stated that if it was a mechanical problem, they cover it and if it was something thats my fault (my deposit pays for it). I checked in and out with the owner and he advised me that its summer time and the repair shops are backed up. Finally Sunday June 28, 2015 after he had been ignoring me I told him I was going to report him to the Revdex.com, police and file a lawsuit. In which he replied, Ill call you tomorrow. Monday came and I still didnt hear from him. Tuesday I advised him that I was going to file the report and he texted back and said, The Jet Ski was on a month waiting list for a schedule repair. There are completing the repair this weekend. As of now we know for sure that the starter was burned. The starter cost $700 and the repair is another $500 for a total of $1200. I advised him that the starter was something that went out over a period of time and not from me having it. I also called Moto Technologies ###-###-####, who confirmed that there is no way that I could burn the starter out in that short period of time. I believe this man is a fraud.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my deposit $1000 and a refund of my deposit for the Jet Ski that went our $175.
