I received a letter today from a collection collect pros X-XXX-XXX-XXXX XXXXX *** street *** *** ** XXXXX complimentary of Equinox day/night.They used Dr oz name said he recommended ordering for your skin try free just pay shipping.I paid for one product and for other productFree product advertising they have sent me to collection to mess my credit up.I called them today 3/25/XXXXX only to be told we tried to charge your credit card on 1/8/XXXXXXXX my bank did not let it go through.I said why would you try to charge me I previously called to cancel.He said is my bank fault I am in collection.I said I went this account brought back from collection and writing off.He said we don't know anything about collection agency he will forward my concerns to another department.I said you going to transfer me.No he will forward my conce
