knew this man was going to be trouble when I did the bid. I didn’t want to do the job, but his wife practically begged me. He said on the bid, it was to expensive. He didn’t remove the toilet as he said he would and was in the work area constantly slowing down the crew which pulled our tape and...

plastic and made footprints which we had to clean up all day. We gave him a best –worst case scenario on wall repairs which he refused to pay. He inspected the work area before he wrote the check and was satisfied. I am convinced he would say anything to get a better deal.
