behavior towards the staff who explained to him that his gift card was old (issued in 2013) and we had changed to a new gift card system. They were unable to verify the amount on the card and asked if he could come back when the owner returns to work in April. He was very hostile to the female servers and the male Sous Chef came from the kitchen when he heard the customers raised tone. The Sous Chef calmly spoke to the customer who continued to be loud and hostile.
I just received the Revdex.com letters today when I cam to [redacted] Then staff informed that there had been a call from [redacted], which I shall return.
When the customer returns to [redacted]at his convenience, the owner will authenticate the old gift card he holds and whatever amount that is shown on the card will be reimbursed.

Hello,
Although I accept the refund of my gift card. I do not accept some of the accusations made by the owner. The card was issued on December 16, 2014 and not in 2013. Secondly, the chef came out because I requested to talk to him and not because of my tone. Thirdly, I firmly maintain that every responsible business owner should delegate decision-making authority to a trusted employee, especially during a prolonged absence. If the company values its staff as much as it claims to on its website, then it should prevent such an uncomfortable situation from happening to them. Since they were unable to honor my gift card, I felt as though I was committing some error. We had the receipt with us to prove the card's value, and offered our name, number and Visa card, so that they could charge us if the card had no value. They refused to do so. I will call the owner to arrange to meet to get my refund. Thank you for your support in this matter.
