R&W Moving Services

On July 3rd 2019, when moving my belongings from a storage unit to my house, R&W Moving company damaged and broke several items of furniture (totaling $1278.99). To start with, the owner was apologetic and said he would take it up with the insurance company. I provided them with photographs and information on price of items broken. Communication from then on has been non- existent, since July 17th, despite many efforts to get in contact with them. Not only did they break my furniture, but one of their employees used my number I had provided them for business purposes, to text me (a single woman living alone) at 3:30am in the morning, with an inappropriate message. I felt scared and violated as he knew where I lived.

During our move on on April 28, 2018, our main larger television was damaged. I immediately notified the company and was told they would replace the television. They never resolved the issue and I was forced to buy a new television as it was inoperable

R&W is an amazing moving company! They are smart, trustable, and hardworking! I highly recommend them!
