My experience with *** was a good one. R&W Products came to my property to replace my roof and from the beginning they helped me with the claims process with my insurance company and they communicated with me for the updates. I was also glad to when I found out they do not take any payment until they complete the work. Their company crew promptly arrived on time they set up and they finish the roof work. After the roof is done, they took their time cleaning up, and disposing all unwanted materials and the old materials. I highly recommend this company to anyone with the roofing needs.

R&W met and exceeded our expectations for Customer Service.
After a bad rain and wind storm in March 2019 we obtained a detailed Proposal from them for the repairs. They assisted me on a Saturday evening to contact my insurance company and establish a Claim.
After taking pictures of the roof damage, they filed a detailed Quotation which was accepted by my insurance company - no other quotations required.
The work was finished on a timely basis. their clean-up of the front yard left it looking better than before - raking lawn, mulch, etc .
The owner, Sam M, was on site each day to review the work and answer any of my questions.
The Crew was thorough and hard-working.
I would Recommend them.

We were buying a new house two years ago, and nearly didn’t when we saw that the seller had two layers of roof I called around and found a few people recommended I call Terry G with R&W Products. All I can say is that as for my wife and me we were glad we did. The seller was able to claim damage from a storm, and we chose the tiles and color. My wife was happy, the seller was happy and I was happy. Great experience!

I had ACS roofing do a roof replacement in April 2016. This roof labor was under warranty for 5 years. In January 2018 we experienced leakage from the roof. I had made multiple attempts over phone and email to reach out to ACS but they have not replied. I even went to their offices on Jan 31 but no one was there and the doors were locked.
