Rude Customer Service on Phone - Poor Instructions
I called Plaid for a Bucilla kit *** "Under the Tree" and was transferred to ***The instructions call for cording to be used in the kit but no cording was included I requested the missing cording *** was rude and unfriendly She insists the cording was made from floss but the picture and the instructions indicate differently and that the cording is a different material, not like floss Regardless of her position, there was no reason for her to be rude, unkind, and unhelpful
The product purchased, Martha Stewart Chalk Paint sold and distributed by Plaid Enterprises, has two defective packaging/design flaws One being the outer lid doesn't screw like intendedon but pops off and the inner seal is a cardboard material that didn't adhere to their outer rim, in other words, doesn't seal as supposed to
Without me ever opening this product, the product got knocked over, fell on my carpet and paint spilled everywhere It should have never been an issue if both the inner seal was in place and outer lid didn't pop off This product is clearly defective and should be held liable for damages as such
