My husband was in an accident, and unfortunately the State Police contacted these people to tow our vehicleThey towed it miles to our home, and charged an outrageous $The driver told my husband that the State sets the towing price, they had nothing to do with itI called the towing company office to complain and was told that I had to speak to the owner, of course no call backCalled again, took my name and # and was told he would get the messageIn talking to the lady I asked why the charge was so high, and she stated that when the car is wrecked there's all kinds of things that need to be done to tow it....I asked my husband what extra they had to do, and he said nothing..they drove it on to the flat bedIf I don't get a call back today I'm calling the State and letting them know that it's being said that they fix the prices, and posting in many places that I can not to use this placeI checked other tow companies and there prices for wreck removal was more than $lessAlso researched on website and read the towing policy for rotation wrecker services, and it clearly states that they were suppose to let us know what the towing charge was going to be and needed to be agreed before the tow took placeMy husband wasn't made aware of the charge until they pulled the car into the driveway
