Response:Due to HIPPA laws, I am limited in giving a thorough defense on our part. On 12/31 the patient did not present to us with any pain complaints. She was treated for what she presented to us. Near the end of January she presented to us, but not with pelvic pain as mentioned. She was treated...
with what she complained of and was told to follow up with us in March after doing what was recommended and going for what was requested of her. Patient did neither with this practice. No money will be refunded as the patent was treated for what she presented with during her visits with us.
