I called this company to check out my circut breakerThe technician was helpful, friendly, etcHowever, like an it, I signed up for their Home Warranty programMy credit card changed, and I let the warranty lapseI do not need it, I do not want itThis company calls me no less than three times a week, trying to get me to re-activate the warrantyWhen I tell them I am not interested, they hang up on me, then call me againThis has been ongoing now for over a yearAvoid this harassment, from this company at all costs
A FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH
First off, they answered the phone when I called, (which several electrical companies I called couldn't even manage) and they scheduled someone to come for the estimate within a few daysIn about a week, they came and replaced all our old fluorescent under-cabinet kitchen lighting and fixed some broken switchesThe team of Justin, Carlos and Michael arrived looking very snappy and professional in their crisp white uniform shirts, jumped right into the job and had everything done in no timeVery knowledgable, courteous and pleasant
If I could give them a ZERO....I would!!!!!!!! We called this place yesterday (Thanksgiving Day) because our electricity went out! We called at around 1:30pm We were told that they couldn't come out until tomorrow (which is today) and that they guaranteed a hour response! hours later....not a call or a show up or anything!!!!!!!!!! We called and they said we never called!!! We have an email with a confirmation stating that they would call/or be here in hours! Unfortunately we had a horrible Thanksgiving! We have no heat or electricity and are trying to find someone who can help us! We live in Colorado and if you understand that we are COLD! PLEASE STOP this company from promises!!!!!!!!
Mister Sparky did a fantastic job on my request for a light fixture install when Mr Willam from Mister Sparky came over he was very cordial and very very helpful after the installation was complete he checked all smoke detectors and the attic to see how everyrhing is working he gave me a print out in what he saw needs to be taken care of I told him I would let my husband know of his findings and he said if husband needs to he can call him if I could not explain to him the way he did thanks again Mr *** we will be seeing you very soon

freeze to her account. For all Freezes we require a $5 per month payment with a ten day notice to the start date requested for the freeze. We accepted [redacted]’s freeze payment, but it was not within the 10 day period, so the monthly dues were already processed for the next month. [redacted] is on a 15th billing cycle. All billing is processed 3 business days in advance. The dues that were billed would have been applied to her next active billing cycle after the freeze period. We apologize for the miscommunication and we have already refunded back [redacted]’s credit card for the monthly dues that were charged ($48 + tax) plus the $15 freeze fee.
The refund that was requested would have been put through immediately, and as we tried to explain, sometimes the credit card statement takes a little while to show the refund. We appreciate [redacted]’s longstanding membership with our company and we are truly sorry for the miscommunication. As mentioned, we have refunded her account the monthly charge, plus tax, as well as the freeze fee, and we have placed [redacted] on freeze through March 14, 2017 as requested without a fee. We hope this resolves the matter.
