Review: On Sep 7, 2012 I placed an order, on behalf of a colleague at my firm, [redacted] & [redacted], for a one-year subscription to the Rx Compliance Report ($797). To date (July 1, 2013), and after multiple attempts to follow up with the vendor (via email and phone) my colleague has not received any of the newsletters for which he paid.Desired Settlement: I'd like a full refund ($797).
