knew at the point of sale that Tic aswell as his granddaughter (hence him coming with her to cosign?) where both responsible for loan repayment. .1 did however tell hit., that he could change the address at which the bill would come to by simply filling out the back of the payment coupon. under the'change of address" section- Under no circumstances in anyway was Mr. [redacted], mislead.. I do not know why the bill came in his name alone? We have the bank contract as does he and it is a joint loan with both parties being responsible for repayment of said loan. His issue appears to be with the lender because they wont let him have the payment coupons sent to her as opposed to him.Sincerely,Jason D[redacted]
